Alexandria “Ali” Goff is the founder and CEO of Goff Legal, PC, a fast-growing California boutique law firm dedicated to estate planning and administration. She’s passionate about building a values-driven practice, cultivating a strong team, and creating a client experience that’s both personal and impactful. Ali regularly collaborates with nonprofits and professional organizations across the state, sharing insights on practice growth and leadership. In addition to leading her firm, she’s a certified performance coach who supports fiduciaries and business owners in reaching their next level.

Professional Background
Ali grew up in Placer County and received a bachelor’s degree from Sacramento State and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis. She frequently presents for the Professional Fiduciary Association of California, the Probate Section of the Placer County Bar, and the National Business Institute. As a certified performance coach, Ali is passionate about helping women and business owners with their professional endeavors and goals. Ali currently serves on the UC Davis School of Law Alumni Association Board of Directors.

Personal Life
Ali lives in Loomis with her husband, two sons, one cat, and one dog. In a household of two boys, two furry friends, and a menagerie of other creatures, she understands the importance of providing for all members of the family, including pets. In fact, her love of animals lends itself to helping clients with their pet planning and pet trusts. Outside of work, Ali is a Level 1 Sommelier and enjoys wine tasting, travel, and live music.

Michelle Martin is the Managing Attorney at Goff Legal, PC. As a California State Bar Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust & Probate Law, Michelle has significant experience with estate planning, probate, trust administration, and limited and general conservatorship matters. Michelle has been named a Platinum Client Champion by Martindale-Hubbell. A true Sacramentan through and through, Michelle doesn’t just practice law—she crafts personalized solutions to safeguard your legacy.

Professional Background
Michelle holds a Juris Doctor with distinction from the prestigious University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, complemented by a B.A. in Government with a focus on International Relations from Sacramento State University. She has served as court-appointed counsel and Guardian Ad Litem in Sacramento County for probates, contested trust matters, and conservatorship matters.

Michelle is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, the California Lawyers Association, and the Trusts and Estates Section of the California State Bar. She has previously served on the board of the Lincoln Community Foundation and chaired the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Placer County Bar Association.

With a passion for the great outdoors, Michelle can often be found embarking on adventures—whether hiking rugged trails, kayaking, or camping beneath the stars. Her thirst for exploration has led her to far-flung corners of the globe, from the lush jungles of Cambodia, where she feasted on exotic insects, to the peaks of the Colombian Andes, to the streets of Bangkok during Songkran, to swimming alongside majestic whale sharks in the depths of the Sea of Cortez.

In her downtime, Michelle indulges her passions for cooking, gardening, and photography, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. She thrives on pushing boundaries, whether in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes or capturing the beauty of nature. Michelle brings the same lust for life to her profession, partnering with her clients to help them achieve their goals and pursuing their interests with the same ferocity with which she traverses the globe.

Lindsay is an attorney at Goff Legal, where she focuses on estate planning and trust management and administration. She is a Certified Specialist in Estate Planning, Trust and Probate Law by the State Bar of California Board of Legal Specialization. Her practice also includes special needs planning.

Lindsay earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from the esteemed University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, and a Bachelor's Degree in criminal justice from the University of Nevada-Reno. Lindsay has served in the US Army, California National Guard, and most recently as a Judge Advocate in the US Army Reserve.

Lindsay is a member of the Placer County Bar Association and the Sacramento County Bar Association. She is also a member of the California Lawyers Association, the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA), and the Trust and Estates Section of the California State Bar. Lindsay is admitted to practice law in California, Georgia, and South Carolina.

Outside of work, Lindsay enjoys spending time with her family and two adventurous dogs. She is an avid outdoor enthusiast and spends her free time camping, hiking, fishing, and skiing.

Jen Prioriello is an Associate Attorney at Goff Legal, helping clients with estate planning and trust administration matters. Originally hailing from Roseville, California, Jen’s heart never strayed far from her hometown. Though she spent a fulfilling decade in San Diego, she ultimately decided to return to her roots in the Sacramento area, where she felt a strong sense of community and belonging.

Jen’s true passion is assisting individuals and families plan for their futures. She found a perfect way to combine her legal expertise with her heartfelt desire to positively impact people’s lives by working in estate planning. Jen’s dedication to her clients is unwavering, whether she’s guiding them through the complexities of creating a comprehensive estate plan or offering advice on trust administration.

Jen earned her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of California, Davis, majoring in Managerial Economics (Business) and minoring in Communications. Driven by a desire to pursue a deeper understanding of the law, Jen continued her academic journey at the University of San Diego, where she earned her Juris Doctor degree with a focus in Transactional Law.

Beyond her legal prowess, Jen is a devoted family person. When she’s not at the office, you can find her spending time with her husband and two young children. Her family also includes an adorable dog and a cat, all of whom are integral members of their household.

In her spare time, Jen volunteers with her daughter's Girl Scout troop and nurtures her (not-so-green) thumb with her love for gardening. She adores the beauty of hydrangeas and enjoys tending to her ever-changing garden. Additionally, Jen’s love of camping feeds her adventurous spirit by allowing her to be surrounded by nature and make lasting memories with her loved ones.

As the Firm Administrator, Miriam Goff is the backbone of Goff Legal. She oversees day-to-day operations, including accounting, finances, and data management. From managing finances to overseeing data systems, she streamlines all organizational processes and ensures our firm runs like a well-oiled machine. She is also an amateur interior designer, and her skills are clearly evident in our current office design.

Miriam holds a bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from the University of California, Davis, and a master’s degree in Information Science from the prestigious University of Texas at Austin. Her expertise lies in using technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Off-duty, Miriam finds joy in simple pleasures like napping with her cats, savoring good food, and enjoying live bluegrass music. Miriam’s adventurous spirit is evident, even if it leads to unexpected mishaps—like breaking her back while bouncing on a trampoline. But even when things go wrong, she always finds the silver lining. Her resilience and humor make her a delightful presence in any setting.

Tracy Wilson brings unparalleled paralegal expertise and infectious enthusiasm to Goff Legal, ensuring each client receives top-notch support. Focusing on managing cases spanning conservatorships, court-supervised trusts, and probates, Tracy’s dedication to her work is palpable in every interaction she has with clients or colleagues.

Rebecca finds joy in spending quality time with her three daughters, bonding over their love for horror movies and Halloween, their favorite holiday. As a devoted cheer mom, Rebecca takes pride in supporting her daughters’ involvement in competitive cheerleading. Their favorite getaway spot is any beach, where they bask in the warmth of the sun and sand.

With more than 20 years of experience in trust and estate administration, Eileen Edwards brings extensive knowledge, precision, and dedication to Goff Legal. Focusing on trust administration, conservatorships, and probates, Eileen is dedicated to helping clients feel informed and supported during what can often be an emotionally challenging process.

A graduate from Rutgers University, Eileen holds bachelor’s degrees in English and Psychology, in addition to an associate’s degree in Paralegal Studies from MTI College. Her academic background, paired with her decades of hands-on experience, provides a strong foundation for her analytical approach and commitment to client service. Throughout her career, she has supported attorneys and clients through all phases of estate and trust matters, including probate filings, asset marshaling, fiduciary accounts, and ongoing trust administration. Together with her husband, she treasures time with kids, whether at home, on weekend adventures, or enjoying live music.

Larinda serves as an intake specialist at Goff Legal. As the first point of contact for prospective clients, Larinda professionally and compassionately introduces new leads to our firm. She assesses and evaluates legal needs, determines whether our firm is well-suited to assist, and, where appropriate, guides them through the initial steps of becoming a Goff Legal client. Larinda ensures that every inquiry is handled with discretion, efficiency, and care, laying the foundation for a successful attorney-client relationship.

David is an Intake Specialist at Goff Legal, where he serves as the first point of contact for clients seeking estate planning services. In this role, he guides individuals through the intake process, gathers essential information, and ensures clients are supported and informed as they begin their journey with the firm.

David earned his Bachelor's Degree from Instituto Loyola and was studying Medicine before transitioning into the legal field. He developed strong communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and a deep commitment to client care. His professional background also includes experience in sales and customer service, which further strengthened his ability to listen actively, connect with people, and offer personalized solutions.

Outside of work, David enjoys spending quality time with his family and going on trips with friends. Traveling and shared experiences play a key role in how he recharges and stays inspired.

Aris brings a kaleidoscope of life experiences to his role as an Administrative Assistant at Goff Legal. Aris works with new potential clients for consultation and works to handle all paperwork to ensure a smooth, streamlined intake process. He also helps our firm with data tracking and management and is a pro at troubleshooting technology.

Aris has worked in numerous industries. He has been a restaurant waiter, a hotel room attendant, a ground crew for an airline, a tour guide, a food delivery courier, an English private tutor, a seafarer, a customer and technical support agent, a trainer at a BPO, and YouTuber/streamer. He is happy to have joined the team at Goff Legal as an Administrative Assistant. As a skilled computer builder, Aris brings immense technical expertise and attention to detail to all his endeavors.

Aris finds solace in his love for gaming and the thrill of exhilarating motorcycle rides. As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, he relishes exploring culinary delights and sharing his discoveries with others. Driven by a profound belief in doing his best in every endeavor, Aris embodies the spirit of perseverance and gratitude. He lives by the philosophy that there’s always someone facing greater challenges, and this empathy fuels his passion for helping others.

Piper Hightower is the HR Manager and Internal Coach for Goff Legal. She is passionate about all things people and works with the entire Goff Legal team to facilitate their growth and development. Piper is a certified Leadership and Team Development Coach with a background in management and leadership across multiple industries. In all things, Piper looks to find the good in others and champion their success.

Professional Background
Piper holds a B.A. in Human Development from the University of California, San Diego. She was certified as a coach through McLaren Coaching. Before entering the legal field, she utilized her management and team development skills in the California craft beer industry.

Personal Life
When she’s not at work, you can typically find Piper outside, with an instrument, or enjoying the company of her friends. Her proudest titles are those of wife and mom, and she counts herself blessed! More than anything, Piper likes to live life and try new things, whether that’s visiting a place she’s never been, meeting someone new at a party, or trying some new hobby or activity. Tap dancing and roller derby are next on the list!

As a Legal Assistant and Onboarding Specialist, Katherine (Kathy) supports the attorneys and clients throughout the legal process by handling documentation, scheduling, and client communications. She assists with preparing and organizing files, coordinating meetings, and ensuring smooth case management. In her onboarding specialist role, Kathy guides clients through the initial stages of engagement, helping them understand processes, collecting necessary information, and making sure they feel supported and informed as we begin working on their matters.

Stacy Grow is the Marketing Manager at Goff Legal. She is responsible for coordinating all activities that help the firm grow, including content creation, SEO, managing our online presence, community outreach, speaking engagements, cultivating business relationships, and more.

Professional Background
Stacy graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Brigham Young University. She has over 20 years of experience working in the estate planning legal field and has previously worked as a legal secretary, paralegal, and HR assistant. As a marketing manager, she is passionate about developing holistic strategies to help small law firms grow.

Personal Life
Outside of work, Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and Penny, her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She loves travel, culinary adventures, reading, giving back to her community, and gardening.

Madi is an Office Assistant at Goff Legal. She greets clients, answers phones, and manages mail, files, and office inventory. She provides assistance to our team members to ensure the highest level of client care.

Professional Background
Madi earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from Sonoma State University, as well as a Baking and Pastry Certificate from American River College. While most of her professional career has been as a Pastry Chef, she has learned extensively about business practices through owning her own custom cookie business.

Personal Life
Outside of work, Madi is an avid reader and enjoys time spent doing anything crafty. She has been scrapbooking since childhood and took up crochet a couple of years ago. In her downtime, you can find her cuddled up with her golden retriever, Winnie.

Meg Klippel serves as the Billing Specialist at Goff Legal. She is passionate and extremely detail-oriented in everything she does. She handles the firm's invoicing, billing, and finance as well as office management duties when needed.

Professional Background
Meg spent 20+ years in retail field management with specialty stores in new store operations/merchandising. When she started a family, her new passion was supporting local nonprofits within her community. Since returning to the workforce in 2020, she has worked in the legal field in administration and billing. Meg truly enjoys opportunities to flex her skills in operations as she is hyper-detailed and passionate about problem-solving.

Personal Life
Outside of the office, Meg is a proud parent of her son, who is currently serving in the US Navy. Meg can be found spending time trying new or favorite local restaurants (since her husband is a Chef) and at local farmers' markets for seasonal items. She also enjoys being a crafter/lei maker. But most weekends when she isn't gaming, Meg loves to travel to see the State and National Parks and beaches with her husband.
