Ali grew up in Placer County and received a bachelor’s degree from Sacramento State and a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Davis. She frequently presents for the Professional Fiduciary Association of California, the Probate Section of the Placer County Bar, and the National Business Institute. As a certified performance coach, Ali is passionate about helping women and business owners with their professional endeavors and goals.

Michelle holds a Juris Doctor with distinction from the prestigious University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law, complemented by a B.A. in Government with a focus on International Relations from Sacramento State University. She has served as court-appointed counsel and Guardian Ad Litem in Sacramento County for probates, contested trust matters, and conservatorship matters.

Michelle is a member of the Sacramento County Bar Association, the California Lawyers Association, and the Trusts and Estates Section of the California State Bar. She has previously served on the board of the Lincoln Community Foundation and chaired the Probate and Estate Planning Section of the Placer County Bar Association.

With a passion for the great outdoors, Michelle can often be found embarking on adventures—whether hiking rugged trails, kayaking, or camping beneath the stars. Her thirst for exploration has led her to far-flung corners of the globe, from the lush jungles of Cambodia, where she feasted on exotic insects, to the peaks of the Colombian Andes, to the streets of Bangkok during Songkran, to swimming alongside majestic whale sharks in the depths of the Sea of Cortez.

In her downtime, Michelle indulges her passions for cooking, gardening, and photography, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life. She thrives on pushing boundaries, whether in the kitchen experimenting with new recipes or capturing the beauty of nature. Michelle brings the same lust for life to her profession, partnering with her clients to help them achieve their goals and pursuing their interests with the same ferocity with which she traverses the globe.

Lindsay earned her Juris Doctor with distinction from the esteemed University of the Pacific McGeorge School of Law in Sacramento, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice from the University of Nevada, Reno. Lindsay’s unique expertise also extends to Veterans Affairs planning. Her multifaceted skill set enriches the offerings at Goff Legal, ensuring clients receive comprehensive and tailored solutions for their legal needs.

Beyond work, Lindsay embraces nature through camping, hiking, and fishing. She finds solace in the great outdoors, exploring scenic trails and casting her line into the waters. Whether pitching a tent beneath the stars or trekking through rugged terrain, Lindsay finds joy in the simple pleasures of outdoor exploration. Nature clears Lindsay’s mind and energizes her spirit, enabling her to approach estate planning with thoroughness and dedication to safeguarding her clients’ realm.

Miriam holds a bachelor’s degree in Religious Studies from the University of California, Davis, and a master’s degree in Information Science from the prestigious University of Texas at Austin. Her expertise lies in using technology to streamline processes and enhance productivity. Her passion for information succession drives her to ensure the firm’s operations run smoothly, empowering all our employees to excel in their roles.

Off-duty, Miriam finds joy in simple pleasures like napping with her cats, savoring good food, and enjoying live bluegrass music. Miriam’s adventurous spirit is evident, even if it leads to unexpected mishaps—like breaking her back while bouncing on a trampoline. But even when things go wrong, she always finds the silver lining. Her resilience and humor make her a delightful presence in any setting.

Tracy earned an Associate Degree in Paralegal Studies and Paralegal Certificate from the College of the Sequoias in Visalia, CA. As an experienced paralegal with over two decades of experience, Tracy’s proficiency extends across legal areas, including probates, conservatorships, trust administration, and estate-related litigation. Her attention to detail and organizational capabilities ensure that cases progress smoothly, while her compassionate nature supports clients every step of the way. Tracy’s leadership extends beyond case management as she supervises team members and secures that deadlines are met and clients remain informed throughout the legal process.

Beyond her professional pursuits, Tracy is a devoted Disney enthusiast and cherishes quality time spent with her family. Her love for travel fuels her sense of adventure, allowing her to explore new destinations and create lasting memories with loved ones. A dedicated fan of Star Wars and cinema, Tracy delights in movie marathons and discusses her favorite films with fellow enthusiasts. Together with her husband, Tracy enjoys engaging in maker hobbies.

Rebecca completed an associate’s degree in paralegal studies at MTI College. With a keen understanding of estate planning, she can answer any question and help clients understand the entire process. She also takes special care and time to provide our clients with a complete binder, serving as a roadmap for their future needs.

Rebecca finds joy in spending quality time with her three daughters, bonding over their love for horror movies and Halloween, their favorite holiday. As a devoted cheer mom, Rebecca takes pride in supporting her daughters’ involvement in competitive cheerleading. Their favorite getaway spot is any beach, where they bask in the warmth of the sun and sand.

Lexie graduated from California State University, Chico with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. She also has an accredited Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) certificate and taught elementary school English in Busan, South Korea. Lexie has worked in various law practices throughout the Sacramento area and is happy to have landed at Goff Legal.

Outside of work, Lexie enjoys spending time with her family, chasing her cat around the house, reading, and traveling. She loves live music and making connections with people from all walks of life. She’s also a big SF Giants fan!

Haley graduated from Southern New Hampshire University and Boston University with a Bachelor’s Degree in English and a Paralegal Certificate.

Haley is the mother of two cats: a fat cat named Luna and an orange hairball named Hammy. Her impressively expansive shoe collection comes from an early college job at DSW. Outside of work, Haley is always trying to laugh and create. She enjoys cross-stitching, reading, and searching for the next niche show no one else has watched.

Megan holds an Associate of Arts degree from Inver Hills Community College in Minnesota. She is pursuing her undergraduate studies at Sacramento State University, where she is majoring in philosophy with a specialization in law, politics, and ethics, laying the groundwork for her future goal of attending law school. Megan credits her mother, a family law attorney, for her work ethic. Seeing her mom’s hard work inspired Megan to become a strong, independent woman.

Megan enjoys cooking, experimenting with new recipes, and sharing her baked goods with others. She frequently hits the gym to maintain an active lifestyle, and when she can carve out the time, she loves playing the piano. Megan also values education; she finds fulfillment in helping others learn, whether assisting colleagues with time management or guiding clients through the intricacies of the technologies they use to streamline internal processes.

Aris has worked in numerous industries. He has been a restaurant waiter, a hotel room attendant, a ground crew for an airline, a tour guide, a food delivery courier, an English private tutor, a seafarer, a customer and technical support agent, a trainer at a BPO, and YouTuber/streamer. He is happy to have joined the team at Goff Legal as an Administrative Assistant. As a skilled computer builder, Aris brings immense technical expertise and attention to detail to all his endeavors.

Aris finds solace in his love for gaming and the thrill of exhilarating motorcycle rides. As a self-proclaimed food enthusiast, he relishes exploring culinary delights and sharing his discoveries with others. Driven by a profound belief in doing his best in every endeavor, Aris embodies the spirit of perseverance and gratitude. He lives by the philosophy that there’s always someone facing greater challenges, and this empathy fuels his passion for helping others.

Piper holds a B.A. in Human Development from the University of California, San Diego. She was certified as a coach through McLaren Coaching. Before entering the legal field, she utilized her management and team development skills in the California craft beer industry.

When she’s not at work, you can typically find Piper outside, with an instrument, or enjoying the company of her friends. Her proudest titles are those of wife and mom, and she counts herself blessed! More than anything, Piper likes to live life and try new things, whether that’s visiting a place she’s never been, meeting someone new at a party, or trying some new hobby or activity. Tap dancing and roller derby are next on the list!

Stacy graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in English from Brigham Young University. She has over 20 years of experience working in the estate planning legal field and has previously worked as a legal secretary, paralegal, and HR assistant. As a marketing manager, she is passionate about developing holistic strategies to help small law firms grow.

Outside of work, Stacy enjoys spending time with her husband, two daughters, and Penny, her Cavalier King Charles Spaniel. She loves travel, culinary adventures, reading, giving back to her community, and gardening.

Katherine earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a Major in Financial Management from St. Mary’s College Inc. Her professional background has focused on finance and administrative support. She is currently pursuing a Juris Doctor degree from Jose Maria College Foundation Inc. and aspires to become a lawyer!

Katherine is based in the Philippines and is the proud mother of two amazing kids. She enjoys spending quality time with her family, travelling, and eating good food. As a true crime enthusiast, Katherine loves watching murder documentaries in her free time.
